KASL's Travel League is our competitive soccer program that plays against teams from surrounding towns and communities. It provides younger soccer players with a comprehensive training and playing experience in order to prepare them for the more competitive programs in Junior and Senior High School, as well as Classic/Cup Team Soccer. We strive to create an environment where players are allowed to flourish in a competitive arena in which skill development (not winning) is the determinant of success, where quality and long-term benefits are more important than short-term gains.

Education of players and parents in club values and age-appropriate player development. Flexibility in program rules so that teaching takes precedence over game administration. Outcomes are learning and fun - not scores and standings. Travel soccer is designed for players and parents who are willing to make a higher level of commitment in time, effort, training and competition. Players who have shown an interest and ability greater than most in-house recreational players can benefit from moving to the travel league.
Games are played on Sundays at "home" and "away". In a season, games are typically 50/50 home and away games, but this can vary slightly. For D6 and D5 games, the furthest we travel is normally about an hour and a half. But most games are much closer. Games at the D4 level can be further away, about to about 2 hours. For example, our U12 Girl D4 Team played teams from Wheeling and Morgantown, WV. Transporting to away games would be the responsibility of the parents
