Thank you for choosing to participate in the Kiski Area Soccer League (KASL). Please carefully review our refund policy outlined below. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this policy.

Refund Guidelines

1. Withdrawals Within Five (5) Business Days of Registration Closure

   • Withdrawals submitted on or prior to five (5) regular business days after the close of regular registration for the age group will receive a full refund of the registration fee, less a $10 processing fee.

2. Withdrawals After the Five-Day Period

   • Refunds for withdrawals submitted after this period will only be granted in limited circumstances and must receive approval from the KASL board and/or president.

3. Deductions from Refunds

   • Any paid fees, including PA West or processing fees, will be deducted from the refunded amount.

4. Uniform Costs

   • Uniform costs are non-refundable.

5. Volunteer Fees

   • Volunteer fees will be refunded in full.

6. Weather or Field Conditions

   • Refunds will not be provided due to weather or field conditions.

7. Program Cancellations

   • KASL reserves the right to cancel any program due to unforeseen issues. In such cases, the club will provide details about any changes to the refund policy.
